Petrogulf Marine Sterntube Oil PDS

Petrogulf Sterntube Oil is a range of environmentally sensitive lubricants, formulated from natural and renewable esters, which provide excellent lubrication in both neat and emulsion forms. They are primarily designed for use where lip type seals and other circulatory oil feed systems are in operation. Petrogulf Sterntube Oil and components are biodegradable according to OECD test 301B and can be considered minimally toxic according to OECD tests 201/202/203/ and as such meet the VGP definition of an Environmentally Acceptable Lubricant.

Petrogulf Compressor Oil PDS

Petrogulf Compressor Oils are blended from high quality solvent refined high viscosity index base oils and fortified with special additives. Petrogulf Air Compressor Oils are formulated to provide excellent oxidation resistance, rust and corrosion protection, and resistance to foaming. They have excellent oxidation resistance and thermal stability at high temperatures to minimize deposit formation and provide long service life. These oils protect against rust and corrosion. It has excellent water-separating properties to minimize the formation of emulsions and is resistant to excessive foam buildup. These oils are recommended for lubrication of single-stage and multi-stage reciprocating compressors where manufacturer specifies DIN 51506 VDL oil

Petrogulf Gear Oil PDS

PETROGULF Industrial Gear & Bearing Oils are formulated using high viscosity index, solvent refined, based oils and incorporate a special sulphur-phosphorous additive to provide an extreme pressure performance which allow trouble free applications. These premium quality gear lubricants are for used in enclosed gear drives & speed reducers ranging from small boxes to large. These lubricants may also be used for chain drives, slide guides, plain & rolling gears. They have excellent water separation properties, such that excess water can be drained easily from lubrication systems .These withstand high thermal loading, resist the formation of sludge and provides extended oil life, even with bulk oil temperatures of up to 100°C in certain applications

PetroGulf Hydraulic Oil (HVI) Oil PDS

PetroGulf Hydraulic Oil (HVI) oils are high viscosity index (VI) multigrade hydraulic fluids. This allows a single grade of oil to be used in marine hydraulic systems which operate in different climate zones.s. A particular feature of these grades is the use of VI improvers with a very high resistance to shear. To minimize the effects of water contamination, PetroGulf (HVI) grades have excellent water separability as measured by the sever ASTM 1401 server test.PetroGulf Hyddraulic Oil (HVI)grades also contain highly effective corrosion inhibitor as demonstrated by the excellent result in the IP135B (steel in sea water)corrosion test. These oils can be used for the lubrication of all high pressure and high-speed vane, piston and gear type hydraulic pumps, and equipment’s operating over a wide temperature range. PetroGulf Hydraulic Oil ay also be used in certain marine gearboxes and for turbocharged lubrication.
